Local Council Elections 2012

The recent National Assembly for Wales elections, resulted in the Labour Party gaining it's highest majority in the elections, since the start of devolution. It is now the goal of Welsh Labour to deliver on our campaign promises and improve the lives of those living in Wales. The party is also committed to working hard on getting Welsh Labour councillors elected in 2012. Local government plays an important role in making sure those living in Neath receive the services that are vitally needed and we committed to maintaining front lines services, despite the current economic climate.
